Below, we describe each room and its furniture, together with giving pictures.  If you are interested, please get in touch and we will be happy to show you round.  We are confident that anybody seeing the flat will be keen to live there!
The apartment has no other apartments above or on one side of it, making it as quiet a location as can be found in the block!

Lounge/Dining Room

The kitchen, lounge and dining room form a large open plan area -- over 6m by 4m in total.  This has allowed us to furnish it with the following furniture:

• One three-seater and one two-seater sofa
• A coffee table
• A four-person dining table
• Four dining chairs
• A TV cabinet
• Two bookcases

The reception room also has a pair of French doors that open onto a balcony.  This balcony runs the length of the apartment, the whole way across the lounge and both bedrooms.

Bedrooms

We chose our apartment carefully with our tenants in mind. We have ourselves in the past had to find homes to share with friends. Top of both of our list of pet peeves were otherwise great properties with completely mismatched bedrooms -- so often there would be one huge bedroom and one tiny boxroom. We were determined that our two-bedroom apartment would have equally sized large double bedrooms. And so that's just what this flat has.

Each bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.  

Bedroom 1



This bedroom has two wardrobes, one of which can be seen here, plus a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2





This bedroom has a double wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob and oven, washing machine and plenty of storage and workspace. 

The kitchen is also fully furnished with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery etc.

Bathroom

The bathroom contains a white suite with a shower over the bath.





Hallway

The apartment has an entrance hall with plenty of room to store coats, shoes and so on.  It also contains a large airing cupboard housing the boiler.

Parking

The apartment has its own dedicated parking space, as well as having access to the plenty of communal spaces for Hudson House.
