Cost

We are charging £1050 per calendar month for the apartment.  The apartment is currently available to rent from mid-October.  Bills are not included within the cost of the rent.

Tenancy Terms

The vision is for this apartment to be permanently open to rental under an assured shorthold agreement. This agreement will be initally for a minimum of 12 months, with an option to extend by mutual agreement.

Deposits will be placed with an independant organisation called the "Deposit Protection Service"
